About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead, support, and develop a high‑performing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can balance people leadership with operational excellence, and is passionate about driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to consistently achieve performance targets.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
- Identify skill gaps and provide training and development opportunities.
- Manage team rosters, workload allocation, and resource planning.
Operational Delivery
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly and effectively.
- Monitor key metrics and drive team performance across KPIs.
- Develop and implement processes to increase productivity and quality.
- Handle escalations, resolve issues, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain clear, timely communication within the team and with leadership.
- Represent the team in meetings, project discussions, and planning sessions.
- Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership teams.
Continuous Improvement
- Analyse data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement initiatives that enhance workflows, customer satisfaction, and team outcomes.
- Encourage innovation, new ideas, and operational best practices.

- Proven experience in a supervisor or manager role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people‑development capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and navigate complex situations.
- Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft 365, CRM systems, reporting tools).
