About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting daily store operations, and ensuring customers enjoy a positive shopping experience. You’ll help customers find the right products, maintain store presentation, and assist with sales and stock processes.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
Assist shoppers with product selection and enquiries
Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
Replenish stock and maintain clean, well‑presented displays
Support stocktake, merchandising, and store promotions
Follow store policies, safety guidelines, and brand standards

About You

Passionate about customer service and retail
Confident communicator with a positive attitude
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
Previous retail experience is an advantage but not required
Willing to work flexible hours (weekends, late trading, holidays if needed)
