We’re seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Office Administrator to keep our office running smoothly. If you’re organised, people‑focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for staff and visitors, coordinating day‑to‑day office operations, scheduling, purchasing, and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and brings calm structure to busy teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage reception, phones, mail, and general inboxes
Coordinate calendars, meetings, room bookings, and travel
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations (MS Office/365)
Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and purchase orders
Support onboarding/offboarding and staff records (with HR/IT)
Process expenses, invoices, and basic AP/AR support
Ensure a tidy, safe, and compliant office environment
Assist with events, training sessions, and internal communications

About You

Proven experience in office administration or similar role
Strong communication, customer service, and stakeholder skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Competent with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Able to prioritise, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information
Problem-solver with a proactive, “no task too small” attitude

Nice to Have

Experience with accounting/ERP or ticketing tools (e.g., Xero, MYOB, SAP, ServiceNow)
Exposure to basic finance processes (POs, invoices, reimbursements)
Event coordination or facilities/vendor management experience
