Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, processing applications, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and payroll processing.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed for management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
