Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, processing applications, and maintaining candidate records.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and payroll processing.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed for management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
